An MBA from EMPI Business School, Biraj Rath is the Chief Executive at Braahmam with over 10 years of experience in e-Learning, localization and technology. Prior to joining Braahmam, Biraj was associated with NIIT's Knowledge Solutions Business where he was responsible for developing curriculum for Microsoft.

He joined Braahmam as Operations Head and helped the organization acquire e-Learning and technology experience. Under his dynamic leadership, Braahmam has truly emerged as the industry leader in e-Learning and language solution domains. He later took command of the Sales and Marketing division and garnered several large accounts. His astuteness and prudence has led to Braahmam’s success in today’s competitive market.

Biraj is a born presenter. He has a unique style packed with knowledge, enthusiasm and humor. He has presented papers in CII and British Council forums for general awareness on e-Learning and Localization. He has been a judge on the prestigious Brandon-Hall panel to review technically innovative e-Learning products.

Dr. Kumar is a Mechanical Engineer with Master's in Design and Production from MNR Engineering College Allahabad. He completed his research work on System Dynamics Simulation Modeling in 1984 from IIT Delhi.

He has worked as trainer cum management consultant; took up teaching and research assignments in India and abroad; established a manufacturing unit followed by a 100% export-oriented offshore software development center of a German firm, before moving to an IT multinational of UK where he worked for 7 years in various capacities. He moved to Braahmam as Operational Director in July 2004.

He has vast managerial experience in training, consultancy, education, manufacturing, and Information technology. He is currently Director, Corporate Affairs at Braahmam.

Tanushree is our young and energetic Head of Production at Braahmam with a total of 9 years of experience in the field of e-Learning and Localization. She is responsible for delivery of all e-Learning, localization and engineering projects at Braahmam.

She has graduated from Delhi University and later acquired specialization in Systems Management and Web Technology. Her earlier stint at PentaMedia Graphics and Infopro helped her develop an excellent understanding of instructional design, tools and technology related to the e-Learning, localization, and multimedia engineering domains. She has been instrumental in setting up the Localization team at Braahmam and growing the localization business at a handsome rate year after year. She can be credited for setting up the process to train more than 100 Indian and foreign language translators on various CAT tools, such as Trados, SDLX, and WordFast.

She has successfully implemented a system that enables Braahmam to execute significantly large projects through remote management of various resources across the globe. After implementing workflow management she is currently working towards making Braahmam an ISO 9001 certified organization.
