Qualifications and Requirements
MBA from a top-tier institute (IIMs, XIMB, or equivalent preferred).
1-3 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or client management (exceptional freshers with high aptitude may also be considered).
Exposure to B2B Sales or Enterprise Sales is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to achieve targets and drive business growth.
Self-motivated, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Job Description
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building a robust pipeline of prospective clients as per specified industry and geographies.
Identify, research, and engage potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other prospecting techniques.
Proactively generate leads using multiple channels, including cold calling, social selling, referrals, and networking.
Fix appointments and schedule meetings with prospective clients, both independently and through event-based opportunities.
Make introduction calls to the prospective clients and explain them about our ‘Growth by Language’ program and our key offerings.
Qualify leads, understand client pain points, and offer tailored solutions that align with their business needs.
Engage with senior stakeholders in prospective client organizations to understand needs and propose solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to optimize offerings and ensure client satisfaction.
Maintain up to date CRM on daily basis and track and report on sales performance.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
