Project Manager

Assist Delivery Head in the preparation of project scope, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

Communicate intensively with clients, vendors and inter-departmental teams to establish cordial/effective working relationship

Ensure all projects are delivered on time with expected quality and Zero defect

Review and provide timely feedback after completion of projects when required to the team members

Closely monitor and control project profitability

Ensures that the team maintains accurate and complete electronic project records

Implement best practices and processes

Identify project/process improvement opportunities

Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress

Coordinate and document the lessons learnt process including Project post-portem

Conduct risk assessment and strategic planning of activities to minimize potential project issues

Handle client escalations and provide resolution within designated timeframe
