Job Description

• Vendor Recruitment and onboarding
• Strengthen the Vendor database using conventional and non-conventional approaches
• Monitor language trends and filling resource gaps
• Keep vendor database records up to date with the performance scores and area of expertise
• Help project managers with specific translator requirements, both on an ad hoc basis and based on ongoing project requirements
• Drive and monitor Vendor Engagement programs
• Relationship management with existing vendors and handle vendor grievances
• Assist in analyzing quality issues with Quality team and maintain data on quality and vendor performance
• Driving continuous improvements in operational workflows, by pro-actively looking for opportunities
• Team Management

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or anotherbusiness field
• Proven experience working with vendors
• Familiar with cost management and prepare operation reports
• Awareness of emerging technologies and practices to further enhance and/or build new strategic partnerships
• Good Interpersonal and negotiation skills
• 5-7 years of work experience in defining sourcing strategy andmanaging the full sourcing lifecycle

Project Manager

Location: Bhubaneswar

Department: Production

Job Description:

• Assist Delivery Head in the preparation of project scope, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Communicate intensively with clients, vendors and inter-departmental teams to establish cordial/effective working relationship
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time with expected quality and Zero defect
• Review and provide timely feedback after completion of projects when required to the team members
• Closely monitor and control project profitability
• Ensures that the team maintains accurate and complete electronic project records
• Implement best practices and processes
• Identify project/process improvement opportunities
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Coordinate and document the lessons learnt process including Project post-portem
• Conduct risk assessment and strategic planning of activities to minimize potential project issues
• Handle client escalations and provide resolution within designated timeframe

Desired Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Linguistic studies (any language)
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in managing Localization projects (multilingual translation/e-learning/ multimedia projects/ mobile app localization etc) is a must

• Knowledge of project management principles, practices and tools, including the effective use of project management software
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification will be highly preferred
