Qualifications and Requirements
- MBA from a top-tier institute (IIMs, XIMB, or equivalent preferred).
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or client management (exceptional freshers with high aptitude may also be considered).
- Exposure to B2B Sales or Enterprise Sales is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve targets and drive business growth.

- Coordinate end-to-end localization projects across multiple languages and content types
- Assist Project Managers in planning, tracking, anddelivering localization tasks on time
- Maintainand update project schedules, trackers, and documentation

- Communicate project requirements and timelines with internal teams and external vendors
- Perform QA checks and file reviews before delivery
- Respond to client emails and communicate with them related to project progress and requirements
- Upload/download project files, maintain folder structures, and ensure secure file handling

- Ensure adhere to internal processes
- Ensure adherence to client guidelines, workflows, and terminology standards

- Assist in issue escalation and resolution in collaboration with PMs and Quality teams
